新冠肺炎疫情下大学生心态变化及引导策略

摘 要:当前中国新冠肺炎疫情防控工作已从应急状态转为常态化状态。调查显示,学生在疫情下的心态变化呈现出消极情绪明显缓解、思想认知趋于理性、行为表达积极正向、“四个自信”更加坚定的总体特征。但是,由于疫情所引发的学生心态问题及成长困境也不容忽视,高校应结合疫情防控工作对大学生进行针对性和实效性的引导,发挥高校思想政治教育在组织动员、宣传引领、心理调控方面的功能和优势,使学生正确理性地面对疫情引发的心态问题和成长困境,实现教育效益最大化和个人成长最优化。Now the COVID-19 prevention and control work has changed from emergency to normal status.The survey shows that the mental changes of students under the epidemic situation have the characteristics of significantly alleviating negative emotions,rational ideological cognition,positive behaviors and firm“four selfconfidences”.However,the psychological problems and growth difficulties of students caused by the epidemic cannot be ignored.Colleges and universities should give targeted and effective guidance in combination with the epidemic prevention and control work,give full play to the functions and advantages of ideological and political education in organization and mobilization,publicity and guidance and psychological regulation,and enable students to correctly and rationally face the psychological problems and growth difficulties caused by the epidemic,so as to realize the maximization of educational benefits and the optimization of personal growth.
