摘  要:图书馆创新发展可以有效促进高校“双一流”建设工作的开展,而图书馆的创新发展需要强有力的人力资源支撑,新入职馆员的入职培训是补充图书馆人力资源的重要手段。目前图书馆在进行新入职馆员培训时效果并不尽如人意,而河北省新入职馆员培训研修的做法具有系统性、费用低、多方联动、针对性强、技术手段多样等特点,在事前、进程中、活动结束后都有值得学习和借鉴的地方。The innovation and development of the libraries can effectively promote the progress of“Double First-class”construction in colleges and universities.The innovation and development of libraries need strong support of human resources,and the training of new librarians is a vital means to supplement the human resources for libraries.At present,however,the effect of training new librarians is not up to its expectations.The training of new librarians in Hebei Province is characterized by systematicness,low cost,multi-linkage,strong pertinence and various technical means and so on,which are worth learning and reference.
