“微电子器件”教学中的痛点问题及解决

摘  要:针对微电子行业对高素质复合型新工科人才的需求,课程以培养具有时代担当精神、扎实专业基础和创新能力的未来行业领军人才为目标,秉承“以学生为中心”的教育理念,坚持价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养三位一体的教学方式。以课程思政为统帅,实现专业知识与思想政治的有机融合。以课堂研讨和实践教学为两个抓手,开展产—学—研融合的课程内容和教学方法改革。以学科竞赛、大创项目等为牵引,鼓励学生参与创新活动。以现代信息技术为辅助手段,通过线上线下混合式教学,增强课程的生动性,扩大课程的影响力。改革解决了工科教学中课程思政融入性差,课堂与产业和学科前沿脱节,学生实践能力弱、创新能力不足,以及课程辐射面小的四大痛点问题,并成效显著。For the microelectronics industry demand for high quality talents,the goal of this course is to cultivate future industry leaders with a sense of responsibility,solid professional foundation and innovative ability.For this reason,teachers should adhere to the education concept of“students-centered”and adopt the trinity teaching methods of value shaping,knowledge imparting and ability cultivation.Curriculum ideological and political education as the commander and professional knowledge are integrated.We should carry out the reform of curriculum content and teaching methods integrating production,learning and research,and encourage students to participate in innovative activities.Through online and offline mixed teaching,the vividness of the course is enhanced and the influence of the course is expanded.It has achieved remarkable results in solving four difficult points in engineering teaching,such as poor ideological and political integration of the curriculum,disconnection between the classroom and the forefront of industry and discipline,students’low practical ability,insufficient innovation ability,and small radiation area of the curriculum.
