摘　　要：在新一轮信息化技术迅猛发展的时代背景下,人们的学习方式正在发生重大改变。线上教学进入视线,突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情更加推动了线上教育进入发展的井喷时期。由于生物化学这门课程的重要性,及其课程难度大、专业性强的特点,各高校对生物化学课程的线上及线下教学方法进行了探索。就生物化学课程的传统线下教学、线上教学进行解析,探讨新时代“线上+线下”混合式教学发展的必要性。Under the background of a new round of rapid development of information technology,learning style is undergoing changes.Online teaching has come into sight,and the sudden epidemic situation has further pushed online education into a boom period.Due to the importance of Biochemistry as well as its characteristics of complexity and specialty,colleges and universities have taken a lot of explorations for online and offline teaching methods of this course.This paper analyzes the traditional offline teaching and online teaching of Biochemistry,and discusses the necessity of the development of online and offline mixed teaching in the new era.
