摘  要:资助育人是高校育人工作的重要组成部分,近年来取得了突出成效,但也面临一些困境。在“三全育人”视角下,着眼解决高校资助与育人“两张皮”、监督激励机制不够完善等工作困境,从育人主体、育人途径、育人目标三个维度,探索以育人为主线,以物质资助为基础,以“扶智”和“扶志”为抓手,以实现受助学生的全面发展为价值旨归,构建全员、全程、全方位资助育人格局的有效路径,助力打造有智慧、有温度、有内涵的资助体系。Subsidizing education is an important part of college education.In recent years,outstanding results have been achieved,but it also faces some difficulties.From the perspective of“three-wide education”,this paper explores the effective ways to solve the dilemma of university-subsidized education.From the three dimensions of education subject,education approach and education goal,the value goal of taking education as the main line,material assistance as the basis,and realizing the all-round development of the aided students are explored so as to build an effective path,and a funding system with wisdom,temperature and connotation.
