摘　　要：河北省开展创新创业教育已十年有余,但效果却不尽如人意。与创新创业教育师资不足、结构不合理等问题有着直接的关系。对此提出建立健全教师聘任制度、培训制度;建立高校教师与企业协作的制度体系;建立健全专兼职教师科学管理机制、评价体系及激励体系;举办和参加各类创新创业大赛,以赛促教,以赛促学,以赛促创;等等措施。Innovation and entrepreneurship education in Hebei Province has been carried out for more than ten years.However,the outcome is not satisfactory due to factors such as insufficient teachers and an unfit educational structure.Such measures should be taken to build the teaching capacity for innovation and entrepreneurship education as improving existing recruitment and training system for teachers;establishing a cooperation mechanism between university teachers and enterprises;improving existing system for managing,evaluating and incentivizing full-time and part-time teachers;and hosting and participating in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions of all kinds to promote teaching,learning and innovation.
