摘　　要：论述大数据环境下科技查新人员所应具备的信息素养,不仅包括良好的思想政治素质及职业道德、掌握新知识和新的现代信息技术的能力、较强的外语能力、扎实的图书情报与对口学科专业知识、良好的文化素养、良好的心理素质和与读者交流沟通的能力、较强的思维分析能力与敏锐的信息资源鉴别能力及创新精神和团队精神,等等,还须构建培养科技查新员、审核员信息素养所采取的系列措施。This paper discusses the information competence that scientific and technological novelty searchers should possess in the big data environment,such as good ideological and political quality and professional ethics,new knowledge and new modern information technology ability,foreign language ability,professional knowledge of library and information and counterpart disciplines,good cultural literacy,good psychological quality and the ability to communicate with readers,thinking and analysis ability,keen identification ability of information resources,innovative spirit and team spirit,etc.Besides,it is also necessary to construct a series of measures to cultivate the information competence of scientific and technological novelty searchers and auditors.
