摘　　要：“无处不网、无时不网、无人不网”既是对当下高校大学生网络使用情况的真实写照,也呈现出网络思想政治教育的多元性、实效性、全员性、互动性等新特点。在全媒体融合发展的背景下,高校思想政治教育各要素及各环节之间的契合度逐渐提升,关联度不断提高。“三全育人”的提出和发展,推进高校网络思想政治工作朝着更高的目标前景和更加扎实的育人实效稳步迈进。因此,高校网络思想政治工作亟待整合教育资源,丰富教育内容,创新教育载体,加强队伍建设,优化实践路径,提高育人实效。At present,the network use of college students presents new characteristics of network ideological and political education,such as diversity,effectiveness,full membership,interaction and so on.With the proposal and development of“three-wide education”,the network ideological and political work in colleges and universities is steadily moving towards a higher target prospect and a more solid educational effect.Therefore,it is urgent to integrate educational resources,enrich educational content,innovate educational carriers,strengthen team building,optimize practical paths and improve the effectiveness of educating students.
