技师学院人文素养课程体系建设的探索与实践

摘  要:人文素养教育是培育工匠精神的重要内容,是学校德育的重要抓手,对于帮助技师学院学生形成正确的思想观念、养成健全人格、奠定未来职业发展基石具有重要的现实意义。通过加强顶层设计,明确了人文素养课程建设原则;加强经典阅读类课程、大师互动类课程、实践体验类课程及人文环境建设,实现了人文素养教育的学校内外相结合、课堂内外相结合、主导主体相结合,有效整合了人文素养教育的课程资源,拓展了人文素养教育的实施空间,提升了人文素养教育的实际效果。Humanistic literacy education is an important component in the cultivation of craftsman spirit.It is also an important content in the moral education.Humanistic literacy education is helpful for technical school students to form correct ideas,develop sound personality and lay the foundation for future career development.By strengthening the top-level design,the principles of humanistic quality curriculum construction are clarified.The construction of classic reading courses,experience courses and humanistic environment are strengthened to realize the combination of humanistic education.It effectively integrates the curriculum resources of humanistic education,expands the implementation space of humanistic education,and improves the actual effect of humanistic education.
