教学路径在高职护生临床护理教学中的应用探讨

摘 要:为研究临床教学路径在高职护生临床护理教学中的应用,选取在广西医科大学第一附属医院骨关节外科实习的70名高职护生作为研究对象。以抽签法将学生随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各35人。其中对照组护生采用传统带教模式,研究组护生则采用临床路径带教模式。在试验结束后,统计两组护生的理论考试成绩、操作技能考试、护理能力评定及满意度调查。在对比两组学生的知识掌握情况、技能熟练程度及护理能力后,发现实施教学路径的研究组护生的临床知识掌握的情况和护理相关技能的熟练程度明显优于采用普通实验教学的对照组护生。对数据进行统计学分析后发现,采用教学路径带教模式的研究组护生的教学效果比采用传统带教模式的对照组护生的教学效果好(P<0.05),且研究组护生对实习过程的学习情况的满意度更高。由此可知,教学路径在高职护生临床护理教学中的应用有利于提高护生对临床知识的掌握和技能的熟练程度,有效提升了教学效果,对护生的学习和护理人才的培养有很大的益处,能够增加护理教学的有效性,因此值得在临床实践中进一步推广。In order to study the application of clinical teaching path in clinical nursing teaching of higher vocational nursing students,70 higher vocational nursing students who practiced in bone and joint surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University are selected as the research object.The students are randomly divided into control group and research group by drawing lots,with 35 people in each group.After the experiment,the scores of theory examination,operation skill examination,nursing ability evaluation and satisfaction survey of the two groups of nursing students are counted.It is found that the mastery of clinical knowledge and the proficiency of nursing related skills of nursing students in the research group who implement the teaching path are significantly better than those in the control group who adopted the general experimental teaching.It can be seen that the application of teaching path in clinical nursing teaching of higher vocational nursing students is conducive to improving the mastery of clinical knowledge and skill proficiency of nursing students,and effectively improve the teaching effect.Therefore,it is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
